3. Payment information
Payments may be processed through providers such as Paystack. The platform stores transaction references, statuses, settlement data, and reconciliation records. Sensitive card details are handled by the payment provider.
4. Router and network data
The platform may process router status, active sessions, hotspot usernames, MAC addresses, IP addresses, usage statistics, provisioning results, and error logs to help operators manage customer access and network health.
5. Sharing information
Information may be shared with payment providers, hosting providers, notification providers, support tools, legal authorities where required, and authorized operator staff who need access to operate the hotspot business.
6. Data retention

The platform uses role-based access control, encrypted credentials, CSRF protection, login throttling, audit logs, payment webhook validation, queue retries, and monitoring controls. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Data requests
Operators may request data exports, corrections, or deletion workflows where legally permitted. Some billing, settlement, audit, and compliance records may need to be retained.
