Operators sell WiFi access to their own customers through packages, vouchers, cash sales, or online payments. Operators are responsible for providing accurate access terms, support phone numbers, and fair usage rules to their customers.
5. Payments, fees, and settlements
The platform may collect customer payments and later settle operator balances after platform fees, commissions, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or adjustments. Settlement schedules and payout rules may vary by operator agreement or subscription plan.
6. Router integrations
Router integrations depend on router type, firmware version, network access, credentials, and router configuration. Operators must keep router credentials secure and ensure routers are reachable through approved private or secure network paths.
7. Prohibited use
The platform may not be used for fraud, unlawful network access, payment manipulation, abusive traffic, or any activity that harms other users, operators, routers, payment providers, or the platform.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the platform reliable, but uptime may be affected by maintenance, internet outages, payment provider issues, router connectivity, hosting incidents, or operator configuration errors.
9. Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for expired subscriptions, payment abuse, security risks, prohibited use, or violation of these terms.
